CONTRACT

This agreement, made and entered into this___________________________________, by and between C. E. REDWINE (dba RED RED WINE) hereinafter known as ‘PERFORMER’, and _______________________as the ‘CLIENT".

WITNESSETH

WHERE AS, the above mentioned performer shall be granted a fifteen minute (15) rest period each hour. These will not be taken concurrently;

WHERE AS, should the CLIENT fail to return this original contract to the Performer, within fourteen (14) days of the postmarked envelope in which the contract was mailed to the CLIENT, the agreement is considered null and void.

WHERE AS, the above mentioned CLIENT shall make payment, in full, (less prepaid deposit) to the Performer, on the same day immediately following the completion of the engagement;

WHEREAS, A CHECK, MONEY ORDER AND/OR CASHIER’S CHECK SHALL BE MADE PAYABLE TO C. E. REDWINE FOR THE ABOVE SERVICE. DEPOSIT FOR THIS PERFORMANCE WILL BE:__________________________________________________

WHERE AS, the CLIENT, in signing this contract him/herself, or having same signed by a representative, acknowledges full authority and responsibility to do so and thereby assumes liability for the amount stated herein. There is no cancellation clause and NO deposits will be returned.
